The Sanford household is in disarray following Fred's unexpected hearing loss. Lamont is sure that something is wrong, but Fred insists otherwise. Despite his father's protests, Lamont drags him to see a doctor. Once the doctor clears out the earwax, Fred chooses to feign deafness a bit longer, hoping to capture Donna's interest.
