Baywatch welcomes a wave of fresh recruits eager to audition for rookie school, including Hobie and Manny. Among the newcomers are Lani McKensie, a mixed-race aspiring dancer with Hawaiian roots, April Giminski, a college student studying design who lacks experience in ocean swimming, and Skylar Bergman, April's roommate who aspires to be a paramedic. Each of them brings their own unique background and ambitions as they embark on this challenging journey.
