John learns that their planet is set to drift even farther from the sun. To ensure their survival, the Robinsons prepare to journey south. Meanwhile, Dr. Smith remains behind at the Jupiter 2 site. As the Robinson family ventures forth, they come face to face with a menacing cyclops and stumble upon a long-abandoned city from ancient times.
