Later, Tom teams up with plumbing and heating specialist Richard Trethewey, landscaping contractor Roger Cook, and host Kevin O’Connor to explore the question, "What is it?" In the loft, Richard demonstrates some effective methods for preventing plumbing pipes from freezing during winter and explains the best techniques for thawing them if they do freeze.
