U.N.C.L.E. is tasked with moving the captured THRUSH operative, Egon Stryker (Ralph Taeger), from New York to Washington, but THRUSH has other plans to spring him. While Waverly leads a decoy convoy on one path, Solo and Illya are in charge of transporting the actual Stryker. However, an unexpected twist occurs when Fran Parsons (Joanna Moore), a secretary on her lunch break, accidentally gets handcuffed to Stryker and finds herself dragged into the chaos.
