Upon returning from Haiti, Casey grapples with an identity crisis and considers pursuing a career as a disc jockey. When Mindy and the team attend a music festival for their “work retreat” to support Casey’s performance, the drug-fueled atmosphere spirals into chaos. Meanwhile, in New York, Jeremy brings on a new doctor, whose quick thinking during a critical delivery doesn’t sit well with Mindy, leading to her discontent with his presence.
