Kady brings home a hamster, while Claire finds herself smitten with a boy named Tony. These new situations create some parenting hurdles for Michael and Jay. Unfortunately, the hamster passes away, leaving Kady heartbroken. Meanwhile, Michael secretly hopes that Claire's crush might disappear just as quickly.
