Jonah and Sandra take on the responsibility of representing the Cloud 9 staff in negotiations with the corporate office regarding their union contract. Meanwhile, Amy, Dina, and Cheyenne, anxious about the union's future, keep themselves occupied by searching for the ideal Christmas tree. On another front, Mateo, Garrett, and Glenn engage in a competition to see who can successfully sell an item that everyone else deems unsellable.
