The handymen embark on their journey to recovery, facing numerous challenges along the way. They start by planning their living spaces, followed by evaluations of their construction skills as they try to erect stud walls and fit wall safes. As the episode unfolds, one contestant rises from the debris to earn the title of "Most Improved." However, due to a series of blunders, another participant finds themselves undeservedly labeled as the "Worst" by the end of the initial project phase.
