In the affluent town of Haslet, Texas, an auction draws seasoned bidders eager to uncover hidden gems. Puffy, Ricky's mother and a seasoned auctioneer, soon finds herself clashing with the competitive Lesa Lewis. Meanwhile, Jenny decides to take a risk on a refurbishment, while Mary places a bold bet of her own. Ricky stumbles upon a discovery that leads him into dangerous territory. Amid the fierce competition in Haslet, many participants leave with little more than remnants of what could have been.
