Heartbroken by his daughter's predicament, Se Ra's father reaches out to his longtime friend, Chairman Cho Maeng Duk, for assistance. Meanwhile, as Se Ra walks home after turning down an unfair job offer, she stumbles upon a recruitment advertisement from the Mawon-gu District Assembly, sparking a glimmer of hope for her future.
