Title: Home Is Where The Fort Is Plot: Nora and Sarah travel to Washington DC under the guise of surprising Evan for his birthday, but their true intention is to uncover the real reason behind Kitty's lengthy stay on the East Coast. Concurrently, Kevin and Scotty are overjoyed after finalizing their adoption of Olivia, but their enthusiasm takes a hit when they notice that Olivia appears anxious about the transition and what her new life will entail.
