The Hill brothers mark the one-year anniversary of Pete's brush with death in Afghanistan, a day he refers to as his "Alive Day." When they learn that funding has been cut for the annual ball meant to honor Major Cody, Pete rallies the platoon to organize their own celebration in his honor.
