In "A Very Special Delivery," Darrin experiences intense labor pains, prompting him to take a controlling approach with Samantha after reading about the importance of physical activity for expectant mothers. However, Endora intervenes with a spell that allows Darrin to experience a glimpse of life from Samantha’s perspective.
