Matt realizes he forgot Jay's birthday and scrambles to make it right. Meanwhile, Jay finds himself wandering around the 4/20 festival in Toronto, completely disoriented. As Matt races to plan a last-minute celebration, he hopes to reconnect with Jay before the day slips away completely.
