A convicted killer, seeking revenge on agent James West for his imprisonment, devises a twisted plan. After an ambush leaves West unconscious, he comes to in an eerie, abandoned town populated by masked attackers resembling Stark. Meanwhile, Gordon is on the hunt for his missing partner but soon finds himself caught in the same trap. Together, West and Gordon must navigate through the web of deception to uncover and confront the true Stark.
