Rosenthal and Clarendon mend their differences, while Dr. Craig’s 30th wedding anniversary is marked by a visit from his estranged brother. Dr. Caldwell takes on the case of a young girl dealing with severe facial fibromatosis, and a junkie brings his very pregnant 14-year-old girlfriend into the hospital, adding to the day's challenges.
