Karen Best leads an extraordinary life. She's a vibrant woman with a large presence and a passion for Chardonnay, which sometimes leads her to make significant errors in her romantic pursuits. However, what truly defines Karen is her enormous heart, which she pours into her role as a counselor at a group home for young adults with Down syndrome, nestled in a historic brownstone in New York City.
