S3E13 The Return

After Dwight's exit, Andy has become increasingly dependent on Michael, causing frustration among his colleagues. His over-the-top behavior has begun to grate on everyone, leading Jim to surprisingly find himself longing for Dwight's return to the office. The dynamics have shifted, and Andy's desperate attempts for camaraderie only highlight how much the team misses Dwight's unique presence.
