Reno unexpectedly encounters a presumed-dead fugitive while interrupting an armored truck heist. Soon after, he and Bobby uncover information about the Pipeline, a criminal network that provides new identities by erasing the old ones completely. While trying to dismantle this dangerous organization with Bobby's assistance, Reno stumbles upon its secrets. Meanwhile, Bobby finds himself facing scrutiny from a relentless IRS agent conducting an audit.
