Following his arrest, Reno faces trial, and he needs the expertise of a sharp lawyer, Nancy Everhard, to prove his innocence. The crucial piece of his defense hinges on locating a witness, "Hound" Adams, portrayed by Geoffrey Blake. At the same time, Reno finds himself in a perilous situation in prison, as a fellow inmate, manipulated by "Dutch" Dixon, is out to take his life. This is the second part of a three-part story.
