Reno heads out on a mission to track down the person responsible for Jimmy's death, a motorcycle mechanic. His search leads him to a remote desert town dominated by a wealthy businessman, who seems to control everything, even the grass on people's lawns. Determined to uncover the truth, Reno locates a biker club in the area and goes undercover to gather information about his target.
