A powerful new Shen-Gong-Wu, known as the Moby Morpher, comes to light. Kimiko successfully retrieves it, but it quickly falls into the clutches of the Ying-Ying Bird. This clever bird delivers the artifact to Hannibal Roy Bean, the mastermind behind Chase Young's corruption, in the Ying-Yang World. Hannibal Bean cunningly manipulates Jack into liberating him from his realm, setting in motion a sinister plan to unleash a formidable new evil upon the world.
