While dining at a Chinese eatery, Peter discovers an encrypted note hidden inside a fortune cookie. This unexpected twist leads Davy and Mike, the Monkees, to spring into action to save their friend from the clutches of the sinister Dragonman, portrayed by Joey Forman. With time running out, the trio must navigate through a series of comedic misadventures to thwart Dragonman's nefarious plans and unravel the mystery behind the message.
