As Eric Forman attempts to sneak some beers for his pals Donna Pinciotti, Michael Kelso, and Steven Hyde, his parents, Red and Kitty, drop hints about him possibly getting the old Vista Cruiser. With this opportunity, Eric envisions taking his friends, including the new exchange student Fez, to a Todd Rundgren concert in Milwaukee. However, complications arise when Kelso's annoying girlfriend, Jackie Burkhart, learns of the plan and decides to tag along. The situation worsens when Red abruptly informs Eric that he cannot drive the car beyond the borders of Point Place.
