Cesar and Andre Millan return to Los Angeles, showcasing their expertise in a public demonstration aimed at providing practical advice to local dog owners during their inaugural evening event in Rancho Santa Margarita. Following this, they encounter two dogs saved from the brutal dog meat trade. The first is Luke, a 1-year-old Australian shepherd mix displaying growling behavior towards others. Next, they meet Brutus, a dog struggling with aggression issues, as the Millans work to help these animals find a better path forward.
