A couple takes on the ambitious task of acting as their own general contractor for a significant second-story addition to their home. Initially, the project runs smoothly, but things take a turn when the final subcontractor mishandles all the finishing touches. In response to the shoddy workmanship, Mike Holmes and his team are brought in to evaluate the situation and set things straight.
