As spring brings warmer weather, the Pol family joyfully welcomes a new foal into their midst, but the rising temperatures also lead to a surge in animal emergencies. While attempting to save a mare, Dr. Brenda injures her knee. Meanwhile, Dr. Pol is summoned to help five calves that are having difficulty thriving. Dr. Nicole carefully removes quills from an inquisitive Chihuahua, and Dr. Lisa attends to a cat suffering from a blocked bladder.
