Following that, 24 in 24 champion Marcel Vigneron competes with James Beard semifinalist David Viana. Next, TOC VI quarterfinalist Kaleena Bliss faces off against Michelin-starred chef Adam Sobel. Finally, the evening culminates with the unveiling of the fourth and last mystery culinary icon, ready to challenge qualifier winner Kenny Gilbert.
