During routine maintenance, subway workers inadvertently break open a portal that releases a torrent of malevolent forces from the underworld, rapidly infiltrating New York City via the subway system. As chaos ensues, the Ghostbusters find themselves facing an unprecedented challenge, risking their lives to contain the sinister spread. This time, they might not make it out unscathed!
