S7E15 To Clear the Air

An elderly man at a respiratory care hospital collapses and dies while taking a stroll amid a smog alert. Quincy's examination of the body uncovers inflammation in the lungs, linked to the harmful pollutants emitted by nearby oil refineries. These refineries are supposed to reduce their emissions during such alerts, but it appears they have failed to do so.
