When an ill woman dies unexpectedly, Quincy is infuriated to learn that she had been consulting a holistic doctor and relying on natural remedies instead of conventional treatments. His feelings towards the doctor, who he has a personal fondness for, complicate his judgment and lead him to reflect deeply on the situation.
