S3E3 A Dead Man's Truth

A novice officer and his partner respond to a burglary at a store. Upon entering the dimly lit establishment, they begin to search for the intruder. They soon encounter the suspect, leading to a confrontation in which the rookie officer shoots the burglar. Following an autopsy, Quincy uncovers discrepancies in the rookie's account of the incident. Meanwhile, a determined TV journalist investigates claims of police brutality, prompting Monahan to urge Quincy to uncover the truth behind the rookie's deceit before it jeopardizes his future in law enforcement.
