In the dead of night, Jeremy Huff is jolted awake by two intruders brandishing knives. In a desperate final act, he manages to call 911, providing a hint about who his assailants are. As the police investigate, they uncover a tangled web of romantic entanglements that have soured into betrayal and, ultimately, a deadly confrontation.
