Meanwhile, as Miranda's family expands, she starts to contemplate purchasing a home in Brooklyn. Charlotte welcomes a new dog into her life, affectionately naming her Elizabeth Taylor. On a more serious note, Samantha faces the harsh effects of chemotherapy as her hair begins to fall out.
